The check-in was early, we loved sports bar. We enjoyed a continental breakfast in the lobby. Absolutely perfect location to a public beach. It had lovely swimming pool too.

It was worth its 4 stars. There were TV set with satellite channels, central heating and a personal safe in the room when we arrived.

A microwave and a kettle worked well and the bed was spacious. If you want to eat nearby, try Fix, which is situated 300 ft away. Excellent for stores, restaurants. Walking to collins avenue was easy, as it took only 15 minutes...

they had a continental breakfast in the restaurant. everything we needed, like lummus park beach was placed walking distance to the hotel. perfect location and exceptional rates.
